DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR HOME CONSULTATIONS?

The cost of a home consultation is all inclusive. If you live outside of a 15km radius of Brisbane, there is an additional charge. Please reach out to discuss further.

DO YOU OFFER REMOTE CONSULTATIONS?

I offer In-home consultations in the aim of being convenient for my clients. I understand many of my clients have had caesarean sections therefore limiting the ability to drive. If a remote consultation (FaceTime or Zoom) is the most convenient option for you please get in contact to discuss further.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

Prior to your initial consultation, you will need to fill out an information and consent form. This will allow me to be well prepared for your appointment and for you to view my terms and conditions. The information form will be sent to you once your appointment has been confirmed.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR THE CONSULTATION?

The cost of the consultation is all inclusive. There is additional charges for:

If the consultation is outside of a 10km radius of Brisbane CBD. - $2 per KM

Emergency consultation - Same day appointment or late night appointment (after 5pm). - $20

Weekend appointment. Saturday: $20 / Sunday $25 (additional)

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY BABY IS SAFE WITH VISITORS IN MY HOME?

I am fully vaccinated and can provide proof of certifications and serology if desired. Some of the vaccines includes:

- COVID-19

- Whooping Cough

- Influenza

- Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)

- Chicken Pox

- Meningococcal

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE APPOINTMENT?

The final price for the appointment will be included when you receive the information and consent form.

At the end of the appointment you can pay with a portable EFTPOS machine, alternatively, receive an invoice via email. I ask that invoices are paid within 48 hours after the appointment.
